Mark Weakland
Writer/musician/educator Mark Weakland enjoys being a slash. He writes books for kids and teachers, plays and records all types of music (some of it award-winning),and, as a teacher and consultant, works with children and adults in the areas of reading and instructional practice. Mark lives with his wife and four cats in the Laurel mountains of Western Pennsylvania. In his off hours he can be found communing with the critters and watching the grass grow (and the snow blow) at his home, Springwater Farm.
